Greve in Chianti is a well-known tourist resort located along the “Via Chiantigiana” which connects Florence and Siena passing through impressive views. The structure is located on one of the most beautiful hills and enjoys a wonderful view on the most beautiful castles and "Pievi" of the Chianti Classico area. The town centre is 2,7 km from the property and is reachable with a typical road which is in part white and in part asphalted.

The property, has a total surface of sqmt 410 / sqft 4413 includes three apartments used for the tourist accommodation activity which have been obtained from the renovation of the ancient stable and hayloft.
